Mariana Fraga Guerra is an attorney who graduated from IBMEC in 2021, specializing in Intellectual Property. In addition to her degree, she has completed several courses in her field of expertise, including the General Course on Intellectual Property offered by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and the Basic Professional Training Course in Industrial Property promoted by ABAPI – Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents.

Throughout her professional experience, she has worked in Civil and Tax Litigation. However, her current focus is on Intellectual Property, with an emphasis on trademark, patent, and copyright protection. Mariana has experience in drafting legal documents, monitoring deadlines, and developing legal strategies, always considering the specific needs of each client.

Currently, Mariana is part of the Santucci team, where she is dedicated to Intellectual Property, providing legal solutions to clients in both administrative and judicial matters.

She is fluent in English, with experience gained through two international exchange programs. Mariana stands out for her communication skills. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to work in a team are key aspects of her professional approach.
