Manuela graduated in Law in the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 2014. She was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in 2014. She also specialized in Intellectual Property in 2015 with the Professional Training courses in Industrial Property and the Advanced course in Trademarks of ABAPI – Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents.

Manuela started her practice as an intern at a law firm specialized in civil litigation in 2013, joining Santucci in 2022.

At Santucci, she started by conducting full availability searches, requesting copyright protection, sending and responding to Cease and Desist Letters.

Manuela provides IP consulting services and, because of her prior experience in litigation, she is responsible for lawsuits and trademark litigation on behalf of domestic and foreign clients.
